Etihad Air & Tour Deal Terms & Conditions

1. Airfares listed are based on the Etihad Autumn Special to Europe and are per person return economy fares and must be purchased in conjunction with a Contiki tour of 8 days or more before 30 April 2010 from Contiki’s Europe 2010/2011 brochure and are not available in conjunction with the following tour options: any tour of less than 8 days, Explorer and New Year tours, ski Austria, and Greek and Eastern Mediterranean cruising products, GAP tours, special departures and interest group tours and pre and post accommodation. Bookings made within 45days require full payment within 7 days. This offer is not combinable with any of Contiki’s other promotional offers excluding the Contiki earlybird land only deal. If you are travelling solo, we can share you with a same sex roommate at no extra charge. Single room options also available on request for an additional charge. 2. *Full air payment (incl. taxes) must be made no later than 7 days after air reservations or by 23 April 2010, whichever comes first. Bookings made between 23 April and 30 April requires immediate payment. All air bookings are to be created and owned by Contiki Holidays 3. Fares are valid for departures 15 April 2010 to 31 May 2010. All travel must be completed by 18 June 2010. 4. Prices are inclusive of government taxes, airline fees and fuel surcharges for direct flights only valid as of 19 March 2010 and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. 5. Travel is valid on Etihad operated flights only, unless otherwise specified. Etihad code share flights operated by Qantas Airways permitted for travel between Brisbane and Sydney. Etihad code share flights operated by Turkish Airlines are permitted for travel between Abu Dhabi and Istanbul. 6. Stopovers are permitted in Abu Dhabi and Singapore. Additional taxes apply for stopovers. 7. Date changes are permitted, subject to fare reassessment. A date change fee of AUD50 will apply. Reissue is permitted at anytime, subject to fare reassessment. A reissue fee of AUD50 will apply, plus any additional fare and tax collection. All changes will incur a $35.00 Contiki Holidays amendment fee. 8. Non refundable deposit $300 applies to all air and land bookings. 9. After final airfare payment, airline cancellation fee of $330 applies. Cancellations are not permitted anytime after departure for refund.
